Does Amazon deliver to Pakistan?
Amazon USA ships only a small part of its catalogue to Pakistan, often with high shipping fees and customs collected at the door. We buy the product in the USA, ship it, clear customs and deliver it to you for one PKR price.
How do I buy from Amazon USA in Pakistan?
Find the product on Amazon, eBay or Walmart, send us the link on WhatsApp or our Custom Order page, get one all-in price in PKR, pay a 30% advance, and receive it at home in 2–3 weeks.
Are customs duty and taxes included in the price?
Yes. Our price includes international shipping, Pakistan customs duty and taxes, and courier delivery to your door. You do not pay anything extra when the parcel arrives except the remaining 70% balance.
How is the price calculated?
US price × dollar rate, plus shipping by weight, estimated customs and our service fee. You can check an estimate yourself with our Import Price Calculator.
Do imported products have a warranty?
Imported items do not carry an official Pakistan warranty. If anything arrives damaged or not as described, report it within 48 hours of delivery and we will help under our Refund & Returns policy.
Will US electronics work in Pakistan?
Most phone and laptop chargers, trimmers and gadgets work on 100–240V and only need a plug adapter. Appliances that run on 110V only (some kitchen appliances and hair dryers) do not work in Pakistan, so we tell you before you order.
Can you import mobile phones?
No. Mobile phones need PTA registration and tax, so we do not import them. Smartwatches, earbuds and accessories are fine.
Can you import supplements and skincare?
Usually yes, but some supplements, skincare and cosmetics need customs or DRAP clearance. We confirm an item can be imported before taking any advance; if it cannot be cleared, the order is cancelled and your payment refunded.
Which cities do you deliver to?
All cities in Pakistan by courier, including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar. You can also collect from our Lahore store in Gulberg III.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We share updates on WhatsApp when the item is bought in the USA, shipped, cleared through customs and handed to the courier.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel for a full refund of your advance until we buy the item in the USA. After that the advance is used for the purchase; see our Refund & Returns policy.
